adding audio to my PPT

In the last week in my PPT I add to my slide small quiz + audio and I explained why I make this quiz in my last blog.
Now I need to explain how adding audio specify when the audio should start and how long it .
The method: first I click on insert and select from the ribbon “Audio” and select from “Audio menu” record audio and then record  what you want to say and save it , after that select animation (There is Specific animation for Audio) It gives you options to choose which you want to open the audio automatically or to click on it.
  There is information that if explained orally will benefit the learner more than read it  , The learner will use his ears instead of his eyes so that will make him not feel bored and also to move the sense of hearing that will increase the concentration of the learner. (We must make sure that the audio is not long, and tell all the important information in a short time) So that the learner does not feel bored.
